DESCRIPTION

The MUH-RB is a metric compact rod seal with an integrated backup ring to withstand high pressures and larger extrusion gaps. This seal is designed for heavy duty applications.

The compact design has very high compression so it exhibits very good static and dynamic tightness. This high compression allows for a higher surface roughness in the groove base than other similar rod seals.

This seal features a twin-lip design offering lower friction, improved sealing, primary lip protection and increased seal stability. The secondary lip also prevents the ingress of dirt to a large degree.

This seal has low pump-back capability, so should be used in combination with a single-acting wiper.
