PISTON SEAL 5-PC METRIC

DESCRIPTION

The MNCF is a double-acting compact piston seal designed for medium duty hydraulic applications. The seal is comprised of a fabric-reinforced nitrile sealing ring, two bronze-filled PTFE support rings, and two L-shaped polyacetal guide bearings. 

The MNCF seal ring is a nitrile base to provide optimum elasticity and low compression set. This base is encased in fabric-reinforced nitrile that provides high mechanical strength, optimum thermal stability and extrusion resistance. 

The polyacetal guide rings provide high distortion and extrusion resistance. 

The MNCF is designed for split pistons only.
