CAN YOU HAVE A CUSTOM SEAL MADE FOR ME?
Yes, we can have seals machined from a variety of materials to meet most sealing applications. In most cases we can have a custom seal delivered to you within 1-5 days.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday Central Standard Time. Our sales counter (available for sales and will call parts pick up in Dallas only) is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
WILL YOU MATCH UP PARTS FOR US?
Yes, you can either bring your old parts (must be clean and free of oil and dirt) to our sales counter or send them to us and we will be happy to measure, match them and provide replacement parts. We do not remove or install seals from equipment and although we will try our best using our experience to give you the right seal, we cannot guarantee seals matched up from used parts. Wear and tear on existing seals makes it difficult to always get the exact seal for the application. Call or see our Customer Service Representatives for details.
WILL YOU EXPORT PARTS OUT OF THE USA?
Absolutely, we export to many countries. Our trade terms with new export customers are cash in advance. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives for details on acceptable payment methods. We ship using all major freight carriers.
CAN YOU SUPPLY A KIT FROM AN OEM PART NUMBER?
In many cases we can. We have many kits in stock for popular and less popular OEM equipment. Contact us for details.
ARE YOU ISO 9001 CERTIFIED?
Yes, we became certified in December 2012. A copy of our certification is available on request.
HOW LATE CAN I ORDER AND GET MY PARTS TOMORROW?
In most cases, if we have the parts in stock, we can get your order out same day if your order is placed by 6:00 PM Central Standard Time.
CAN I RETURN A PART IF I ORDERED THE WRONG PART?
Yes, in most cases, we allow returns of parts we sold within the last 30 days provided you call and get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, we can verify that you purchased the parts from us and the parts are in like new condition. There will be a 20% re-stock fee for returned parts. Please see our return policy under Terms and Conditions in this site.
CAN YOU SHIP PARTS TO US?
